The Laughing Chimes is a post-punk band from Athens, Ohio, formed by brothers Evan and Quinn Seurkamp in 2020. The band draws on jangly and gothic sounds from the 80s and early 90s. On their second album, the group attempts to capture the American gothic mood of Appalachia through a dreamy pop lens.
